I've been trying to settle all outstanding issues with MTN but can't seem to get proper assistance. I have spoken to 3 consultants already and no one seems to know anything? I have cited the following with them:
o Incorrect billing
o Unauthorized debt orders
o Bad service
o Not receiving any correspondence from MTN either by post or email
