After a terrible consumer experience and tedious journey, I finally had the issue resolved by Charlie Stathakis (Regional Manager). Mr. Stathakis was very sympathetic to the situation that I had been through and promised to address the issue at the store with all those that were involved as well as promised to issue me with a voucher for all the trouble that I was caused. The only issue that I have is that the problem needed to be escalated all the way to regional in order to be resolved. I am finally happy that it will however be resolved and thank Mr. Stathakis for his intervention.
