We have a business greatly dependent on Telkom. Since middle 2012, we've had long periods of no service of both telephone and fax lines. During December 2012 all the lines in our area were. Reported faults were never addressed. December 2012 we were able to get Satelite service from Vodacom and in January 2013, we went through the proces of cancelling our Telkom telephone and fax service. Documentation was faxed to [Email Removed] was no reply and the monthly accounts were still mailed. We are now referred to VVM Debt Collectors. I dont know to get out of this mess!! Anton Hough
