This is really getting ridicilous!! I've send cancellation of airtime through, but still no success on cancelling airtime!! They've assured me it will be cancelled after receiving the last airtime on 16th Dec'12, but what happens?? It's loaded with airtime again!!! What must I do to finally cancel this airtime??? I didn't budget for the money in my account, to be deducted again from bank account again in Jan'13!!!
I will take this matter further if it's not resolved within 48 hours!! All your calls are also recorded???!!!
