I have given my phone in for repairs, upon forthnightly enquieries a quote was only given after 2 months. I accepted the quotation but could not pay as they dont take payments at the branch. An acc no and branch were given for EFT - the branch no werent accepted by my bank. I had to make a cash payment to their bank. Within 3 days of payment I enquired and was told that it would take another 2 to 3 days before they would receive the phone. A week has passed and upon enquiry - after demanding to speak to the manager it was found that the repair center has sent the phone back weeks before and was only resent to the repair center 3 days earlier. No telephone communication with the branch were succesful - no record of enquiries phone calls etc are recorded by the branch - it now seems they have lost my proof of payment, again! I just want out, after almost 3 months to do a simple repair - give my money and phone back, I will take it to a competent company!!!
