My line is ONCE AGAIN disconnected due to our company's payments not been allocated correctly! The business number for the person to speak to rings continuously until it cuts off. Zinhle has been emailed and has not yet responded. This is so frustrating as it is a business line, one would think that a corporate client or any client for that matter would be called before services are disconnected. MTN please get a person that can resolve this matter that is going on for months now to do so! What number should a corporate client call to get assistance???
