Bad service from Mtn

I phoned in on the 15th of August to upgrade my phone and spoke to Kabu at the MTn head office sales departmment. I was told it will be delivered in 3 days. On Monday the 19th of August it was delivered but the surname was wrong and they wouldnt give me, I called at the mtn head office again to inform them and spoke to Anna Malibanne who re-assured me that i will receive my phone in 2 days time and the had rectified the mis-spelling of my surname. Now today the 21st of August i have called mtn head office again and no one seems to know about my upgrade and only being told it will be delivered some time next week. How long does it really take to get an upgrade phone to your clients mtn. Am really by your service as i needed the phone urgently. Bad service.
