I am reporting this on behalf of my husband - he has a contract with MTN and the phone he received from them gives problems it freeze and he is in a industry where he needs a phone his boss should be able to phone him when ever - he took the phone back to MTN for the third time know and every time they give him the phone back not a day and the same problem again. how is this possible? why cant they replace the phone obviously there is a problem with the range of phone. they cant give him a lone phone when he handed his in but he must pay the contact and within the last 2 months he only had a phone for about 3 weeks the rest of the time he handed the phone back to them - we had enough and as if that is not enough the peoples attitude is horrible - we need some help with this issue how many times will they give him the phone back we had enough.
