I upgraded an account with MTN more than 3 Months ago, after the 2 weeks, I had my line switched to data, after a month they DID NOT supply the items as advertised, after a month and a half, endless phone calls and passing the buck, the deliver the WRONG ITEMS!
I then chose to CANCEL the contract, I was then informed by Jean-Pierre (JP), that I AGAIN need to send through a copy of my I.D which I did, my account was debted for the FULL amount Upgrade Fees, I spoke to JP and he advised that I will be credited as I cancelled the contract. I AGAIN was debted by MTN for the full amount the Upgrade fee, the contract has to date NOT been cancelled, getting anything out of MTN is a HASSLE as no one is willing to assist!
Service is MORE than pathetic and considering the amount of monies I'm paying, feedback from a SENIOR representative is NOT too much to ask for.
