Cell C, you advertise good service, fast turn around and promise to feed back within 48 hours. I seem to have a mathematical shortfall. The contract offered and accepted was for 100 call minutes, 100sms, 100 300 mb data for R399-00 per month. You are billing me R498-00, and I must accept that you have now given 300mb? Surely this is false advertising and surely if you overbill me and many other customers that is in essence a? Please refer to reference numbers 3080300716 and 3080900941 and 3081301108. I have been told on three occasions it will be resolved in 48 hours and remains unresolved since the 01/08/2013. I wonder how many other Cell C customers share the same complaints? Can you resolve the query and put the agreed contract in place (CPA entitles me to this right), or can you terminate the contract (as you have breached the terms) and collect the phone and I will go back to Vodacom? I cannot accept that it takes 5 call operators and two supervisors to resolve a simple query. In addition please check your Network it appears your operators cannot call out, they only seem to be able to take incoming calls... this must be the case as no one bothers to call back!
