For the last 2 weeks I have been struggling with my internet services on both cell nr's 0843347381 and 0848690195, I have been calling the Call Centre a couple of times already, I have been to the Cell C shop in Wonder Park, and every time they just inform me that there is a problem in the Pretoria area with Network coverage. I keep on losing signal and 0843347381 is not working at all. Who can they tell me it is a Network related issue if I can still make phone calls and sent sms's? If it is a Network related issue all services should be down, am I wrong? When will this issue be resolved as it is really becoming a problem now, I also request a credit on 0843347381 for the last month until the problem has been resolved on this phone.
