NEW SERVICE PROVIDER, NEW CONTRACT, NEW PHONE AND 17 DAYS PAST THE 6 MONTH MARK MY PHONE STOPS WORKING!!! MTN WILL NOT SUPPLY A NEW PHONE BUT WILL SEND THE BROKEN ONE IN FOR REPAIRS WHICH WILL TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS. I CAN NOT USE MY OLD PHONE AS THE SIM CARDS HAVE BEEN MADE SMALLER FOR SOME REASON. MTN WILL NOT PROVIDE A LOAN PHONE AS THERE ARE TOO MANY PHONES COMING BACK FOR REPAIRS AND THE SIMPLY CAN NOT PROVIDE EVERYONE WITH A LOAN PHONE. I AM A SINGLE PARENT AND BESIDES NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE IN AN EMERGENCY, MY SON'S SCHOOL CAN NOT CONTACT ME IF THEY NEED TO. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
I SHOULD HAVE NOT LISTENED TO OTHER PEOPLE AND STAYED WITH MY PREVIOUS SERVICE PROVIDER VIRGIN MOBILE.
