I've had billing problems with 8ta for nearly a year now - half the duration of this contract which will NOT be renewed, I can assure you. I keep getting as far as Alfred, who clearly doesn't have the authority to resolve my problem. What I find utterly frustrating, is that NOBODY there is willing to provide contact details to me of someone higher up, or get someone in a management position to contact me! 8ta has UNLAWFULLY deducted money from my account, and I have been struggling for over a month now to have this money paid back to me. If this matter is not resolved PERMANENTLY by end of business today, I will take it further and take this matter to the consumer council. It is illegal to deduct money via debit card, which you are not entitled to, and then it takes over a month and STILL no answers as to when it will be paid back to me! PATHETIC! Typical parastatal...
