Yahclick Voice Issues / Misled / Hiding problems

Well its official, Yahclick are definitely having problems with regards to promised prioritized voice service over the last month or so. Although I have phoned in numerous times (thinking the problem was on our side) they have finally admitted that they are having issues. Delays in speech, echo on line, 1 way speech and I can sit here the whole week writing the story the list goes on and on. Also we were misled by the sales agent who said we can use a VoIP provider / PBX / IP phones of our choice on this system (which I have in writing). Eventually because of the latency we "are indirectly forced" to use VOX as the VoIP Provider. We are being billed for services which we haven't been able to use over last few months. Also we were supplied the incorrect CPE unit and were given a basic CPE unit (Entry Level) which was not in my discussions with Yahclick at the time of the sales inquiry. Bank account gets debited immediately but no service, also the installation took 2 weeks longer than promised. I share my frustration with my client and will be very careful in the future when looking for similar systems, we are left with empty promises and picture which was painted to us.
