Beware of Yahclick Satellite: not one of the best

To whom it may concern - Especially potential Yahclick subscribers.
I'm the IT administrator for Xtract Training Services in Walkerville and they are new subscribers to Yahclick satellite internet and on 29 May 2013 the installation was done at their premises.

I have more than 13 years' experience in IT and networks, Xtract signed up for a Business plan with 5120kbs Up and 1536kbs Down with 4 VOIP lines at R2499 per month.
Following the installation I had to reprogram the whole network to adapt to the Yahclick routers IP range only to find out that there are only 13 internal IP addresses available via the router. Internally Xtract needs 32 IP addresses on the local network to connect network printers; laptop's; computers; NAS and so on for a small office with 5 people working daily in office.

Now after 3 weeks of trying to get more IP addresses made available Yahclick came to the final conclusion that they will accept no responsibility and the client needs to purchase an additional router with a W LAN port to take the extra IP addresses that are required.
For 3 weeks Xtract has had no VOIP phones, Cell reception is bad in the area.
