Earlier this year (FEBRUARY), I went to Telkom in Gauteng, Pretoria, Silverton Branch and got a contract with Telkom, that included a modern? internet service and a landline which was yet to be installed at my home. A day later I realized that it wasn't what I wanted. I returned to the shop BEFORE I received the product to upgrade the contract, they refused and said I must cancel the current contract before I can get a new phone or upgrade. I went to the shop 3x within the 7 days Right's Act, Within my knowledge a may return within 7 days because it's within the right of any consumer. After they declined me to terminate my contract, they sent a technician at my house without my permission after I asked them not to. I then used it since it was installed, after receiving it I went back to the shop to cancel it. They kept on telling me it can't be cancelled which I didn't understand why. So I uninstalled the moderm and disconnected all the connection and cancelled but even now I'm paying for the service I'm not using and telkom have threatened to take the account for judgment through their lawyers. Please help address this
