I visited the store for a sim swop explained that my daughter lost her blackberry etc. Consultant made me complete loads of forms. I was wondering what happened to my free minutes only for contact centre agent that advised me I was issued with a pre paid sim instead of a contract sim. Honestly how do you get that wrong, now I must go back to the store and I already dread going due to their unprofessionalism in handling customers... bleh.
