Service Deterioration and Victimization

Since the last time i reported Telkom to Hello Peter, my issues I had were solved, but, it seems I am being Victimized. Not week has passed that I did not have to report "No Service" or "Slow Internet".
Here are some test results of late:

This morning I have "Virtually NO International" Connection speed!
Please take into account I am paying for a "Up to 10mb Line" with a "Up to 10MB Uncapped" form TELKOM, who is also, ISP.

Last month my Line was SUSPENDED due to insufficient payment from my side however when I asked the accounts department for an outstanding balance, after they fixed my account, they gave me one of R1050.54. I paid R1500-00 but was suspended. I will now of course be charged a connection fee which is actually no fault of mine. Thanks TELKOM or is it HELLKOM? Not sure anymore...
