8ta have the worst network coverage by far. BBM is 70% of the time not connecting and signal is very bad. It is not only one phone I have three contract phones with them. All the same problem. When i went to The Richards bay branch they said I should remove the battery and sim card and put it back again. So what they say I should do this 10 times a day. They could not help me any further. I will rather go to another service provider and get contract phones from them, then I will just stop paying the 8ta account. I do not care if they blacklist me afterwords.
