New Contract - 2 Months - Already BAD service!!!

I took Cell C on, on their offer for a new contract on a smart phone, and used their "Build a Contract" link on their website. Printed it out and took it to the Cell C outlet in Sandton City.
The 24 Month Contract was build as follows:
Straight Up 200 (Blackberry Z10)
INCLUDING:
200 Any Time Minutes
200 Monthly sms/mms
200MB Monthly Data
BLACKBERRY PREMIUM WHICH INCLUDES 2GB DATA

What I got is all of the above except that an additional 2GB Data @ R271.93/month extra was added to my contract and the person at vetting not knowing that within the premium plan 2GB of data is already added. Since I received the very first statement I phoned and cancelled and PAID the extra 2GB which I did not requested.

Last week on the 12th received my statement, phoned in AGAIN just to be brushed off again that the person who did the cancellation the previous month did not do it properly. Now why must I as the consumer who is using the tools of the supplier online, have to pay the price for incompetency. I even got a reference number (20130812140705862158) and a promise that I will be phoned back by a senior person which NEVER HAPPENED!!

My advice to all: DONT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH CELL C!!!
