Hi, I had an Mweb month 2 month contract, and I have moved from a house to a townhouse, I have informed them I will be moving, and want to close my account, a debit order was detucted from my bank account so I assume everything was ok, and over. after a few months maybe a year I wanted to finance a car, and was declined due to an ITC against my name, I was surprised, and phoned the ITC, and they said it was MWEB, as soon I knew I phoned them, and was asking waht was going on, they said one payment did not went off, and they handed me over to ITC, I made the payment immediatelly. Again after a while I wanted to finance a car, and was declined again because MWEB have not send, and notified the ITC that I made my payment in full, so I am so dissatisfied, with there service as they are quick to hand you over to ITC, but so lame to notify the ITC that I made my payment :-( I have phoned them about 4 times each time speaking with a different operator trying to speed up the process, but with no luck! and the best part is I am not aware, or have not been properly notified of my arrears accoun. Please Help! Michael.
