I cannot believe that MTN is not willing to assist me in a number change. i took out a contract in 2011 and was then advised that i can only do a mobile port at the end of my contract. I have no recently upgraded and after upgrade was told i could have done a number port during the upgrade which is total conflicting information previously advised on. i cannot understand why you cannot just cancel the number and load the airtime onto the new number? i did this a while back with another service provider but MTN is not willign to assist. my main contract has been with MTN for almost 10 years and if you not willign to assist, this will be my final 2 contracts with MTN. ridiculous!
