I handed in my cellphone for repairs at AutoPage in Boshoff street, where i was promised the return of it between 4-6 weeks. its now been the 7th week and i still havent recieved my phone, or a courtesy call or any communication whatsoever from autopage or the dealers in the branch informing me of the status of my phone. i find this very disturbing and PUTRID. what is even more shocking is that this is not the first time this has happened. upon doing research i have learned that at most it takes 21 days to repair a phone and have it returned to a customer. What is it with autopage? what does a customer have to do to get at least minimum service levels?
