Autopage overcharging me!

Kindly note that I have about 4 months ago, upgraded my mobile phone, actually it has been "downgraded" to a cheaper package as I do not use the phone a lot.
My statement I received for the month of August 2013, I was charged x2 for telephony R276.32, the first one under partial charge, and AGAIN under monthly charges. I contacted your Customer services: 0861 23 24 24, and advised them of this error, I then received an SMS advising that they will sort out the problem and send me another SMS once the credit was successfully processed. I did indeed receive the SMS, however only for the one "partial charge" of R276.32 VAT.Again I contacted Customer services: 0861 23 24 24 and advised the Lady (unfortunately I did not get her name) and explained that the second Telephony of R276.32 VAT needs also to be credited. She advised again that I will receive a SMS advising me of the reference numbers ext, this time I did not receive anything. Again I phoned and spoke to you (Keneloe) and she logged this again. This morning when I called to see if all sorted, I was told that they can only credit the second charge next month, as they can only do credits once a month! Now I must pay for there error!
