RE: Telkom mobile client service.

Faulty scroll on blackberry bought on contract. To assess - 14 to 21 days and if due to negligence to pay for repair. If quote too high to pay a R180 fee for quote?
Reason for contract in the first place was 1 free land-line number, which only became available 6 weeks into contract, no compensation, pay subs.-legit???
