Was told that someone would be in contact with me by Wednesday (yesterday) about my phone
been waiting a whole week now! How hard is it to verify that a phone is faulty when all other staff in CT agreed?
I am waiting and waiting without a phone - could this matter please be handled. No one seems to know what is going on! I phoned the call centre who said a Tatum sent an email and matter has been escalated. It is almost weekend! HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO TAKE?
