BEWARE OF ONLINE UPGRADES

I logged a complaint here with ref: PC-ZHZR-219CZF on 23rd of July. Guess what more then 2 weeks and its not sorted out. wHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT UPGRADE ONLINE. My phone came with no micro sim, no car charger and cover as promised on my husbands. Then it took them 1 week to collect the phone with no sim. I am still waiting for the car charger and cover. Oh the accounts is active we have to use it as its our business numbers so we had no choice. Everytime I call the call center I have to speak to a different consultant. You cannot go to a vodacom shop either as it was a web upgrade. They cannot do anything to help.
Please can someone help!!!
