Cell C has required that we update the software on the speedsticks.
We have been unsuccessful and the call centre has told us to go to a cell c shop.
I spent two hours at Northgate and still nothing works.
The speedstick works in the network setup, but not on the computers or laptops, Windows 7 or Windows 8.
We have done exactly what their instructions tell us without success and in the meantime our monthly
data is expiring without being used.
The call centre does not have knowledgeable technicians and this is an industry requiring specialised knowledge.
