I logged a call on Monday regarding a faulty line. A Technician came to my premise and resolved to escalate the matter to their Cable Technicians as it was a cable fault. Since then, I've been receiving notifications about them attending to the problem via sms but nothing has been resolved. I've been making follow-ups since Monday and I'm getting the same response over and over again. This morning I asked to speak to a Manager but the Call Centre Operator told me that they're going to give me the same response. A few months ago I logged the same problem.
