Poor service

I am sick and tired of the bad service i receive from my service provider i keep losing money every time because of their service i lost R10 000 today because their server was down they don't tell us from the morning calling in being told everything is ok its on my side yet they tell you different stories trying to pin it on me, taken from pillar to post told that technical service dont make outgoing calls when you call again they want an alternative number i am sick and tired of this pathetic service we receive and empty promises mms services not working for motre than 6 months
please fix this network issues immediately we pay for that service its not free its our hard earned money not yours
