Its almost been a year since i fist complained about this, it still has not been sorted out. I stopped payments due to the fact that i am paying for a service i am not getting. They assured me they would send someone out to come as see what the problems are. I have numerously tryed to get them out to come have a look. I have all the ref. no. from every call, but still no luck. Now i have a received a sms stating the following: UR handed over 2 ShapiroShaikDefries&Assoc 4 MTN pay 48hrs @ FNB SOUTH AFRICA EDO DCCM - MTN Acc 62194430882 Branch 254005 R8544.07 REF 2714046407 TEL 0878250600. I cannot beleive MTN'S service can be this bad.
