MTN ACTIVE AND LOYALTY ACCOUNTS

I am WAY BEYOND sick and tired of MTN and their pathetic attempt at IMPROVING their website. I used to b able to go into MTN Active and monitor my account and usage, and since changing their website have not been able to register, let alone USE, the facility. I can't even register my loyalty account again, so what's the flippen use of having points to spend and not being able to do so because of the FRIGGIN good for nothing website???!!! And calling the call centre - all a bunch of dimwits who don't know their es from their elbows. The last one promised to get technical to clear all existing profiles so that I can start afresh - yeah right!!! I WANT MY MTN ACTIVE ACCOUNT ACTIVATED AGAIN, AS WELL AS THE LOYALTY ACCOUNT. IS THAT SO FRIGGIN HARD TO GET GOING, MTN??? AFTER 12 YEARS I'M SERIOUSLY CONTEMPLATING MOVING TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, WHERE 'BETTER' OR 'IMPROVED' IS REALLY THAT. And what is it with these stupid CAPTCHA's? What's the purpose when you can't even read the F^^%$ng stuff??? I'M SICK, SICK, SICK AND TIRED OF THIS!!!
