I am one of your client and have been back and fourth requesting my money from you guys I did all that is needed of me to no avail I sent all the necessary documents but still I'm not getting my money back. It costs me money to call everyday and also be told different stories then today I'm told I'm only going to be paid end of the month course your pay whatever is closed THAT IS NON OF MY BUSINESS I want my money course my things where sent to you guys way before your whatever closed.
And in the future please learn to inform your clients about what is actually happening. Am really tired of being sent from pillar to post I want my money it not my problem that you guys are closed I want my money
So far i had a great services from Bonitas until i was told im not going to get my money now i will only get it next month which on one even knows the day dont involve me on how Bonitas do things course if i didnt pay my medical aid i would receive no cover
So please i need that money not end of the month i need it like yesterday. Course i really cant afford calling everyday and being sent from pillar to post. Please
