I have trying to sort out a bill from Cell Cfor a service that was terminated in November. When I querried in Dec I was told that the contract had been cancelled and it was now a prepaid, yet I am still receiving statement. Try as I may I get no response from phone querries or from their customer service online query dsection on their website. I have yet to come across such atrocious and frustrating service. Is there nobody capable of handling and sorting out a query once and for all!!!
