FED-UP AS I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER CARE

I am now very frustrated as I have been trying to get a hold of Nelly from Customer care who is handling my query, but cannot get through either by email or telephone.
I have queried BOTH MY BILLS - DECEMBER AND JANUARY FOR WHICH I AM WRONGFULLY DEBITED.
DECEMBER HOWEVER IS STILL NOT CORRECT AS THEY REFUNDED ME AN AMOUNT OF ABOUT R1871 BUT IN ACTUAL FACT - I HAVE STRESSED THAT I AM NOT USING THE INTERNET AND I DO NOT DOWNLOAD APPS. I WAS PREPARED TO PAY FOR THE CALLS THAT I MADE AND THE MESSAGES, BUT NOBODY LISTENS. ALSO THE REFUND NOW GOT USED TO PAY FOR PART OF THE JANUARY BILL WHICH IS ALSO THE QUERY.
SO RIGHT NOW I AM STILL TRYING TO GET ANSWERS AND WHEN ASKED FOR THE DETAILS OF THE BILL, I GET SOMETHING THAT SHOWS JUST THE DOWNLOADS WHICH I NEVER DID.
ITS VERY FRUSTRATING AS I HAVE UNPAID BILLS DUE TO CELL C INCORRECTLY DEBITED ME,
AND ALSO I GET MESSAGES TO SAY THAT I AM OUTSTANDING AS I HAVE NOW CHANGE THIS CONTRACT TO CASH- THIS HAPPENS VERY FAST, BUT TO GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER CARE - THIS IN NON-EXISTENT.
