A credit due to me was approved at the beginning of July 2013 for an amount of R1 199, 00. In error, I was only refunded R199.00 and for the last few weeks I have been unsuccessfully trying for MTN to refund the outstanding balance of R1000.00. I have made numerous calls to 808 and obtained numerous confirmation that it will be sorted out and somebody from the billing department will revert to me, which to dateI am has not happened. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the way MTN handled or actually NOT handled this matter. Please urgently revert to me.
