I applied for an upgrad with Cell C direct. I freceived the handset (an iPhone 5)
This iPhone takes a nano sim which Cell C provided. However I needed to inform them that I want to do a sim swop, so they could activate the nano sim.
I did so 3 days ago!
since then I have been calling them to no avail.
The recent episode was that the consultant "Precious" was her name, tried to call me. When i returned the call, she was unavailable.
My wife was then able to get hold of her, but she was quote abrupt.
Please assist
