I have cancelled my contract on 22/10/2012 i was told i must give 30 days notice of which i did i receive an confirmation sms of cancellation on 22/11/2012 my last bill was in Decemeber 2012 on the 01/12/2012 i received airtime i immediately phoned them to inform them that they must revoke it because my contract was cancelled, to my suprise the contract was not cancelled they only cancelled it on 04/12/2012 they told me that nothing could be done about it and that i must pay i have phoned in several times to enquire with no vain, today im informed i must pay R200 for dec bill which i did not use because when they cancelled it i was immediately converted to prepared.
