The Worst attitude by a consultant

I called in to the RMCS call Center for a Sim Swap, apart from waiting for a long time on the que amd gentleman by the name of Monde Mlambo who was rude, arrogant, and kept putting me on hold for no reason. He did not even bother to take down my details to assist me. I believe to him that Customer's are not important to your company, that's what he portrayed to me. He did not even want to give me a ref number for that call (24Jan14). can I be advised on the outcome of my complain, i will also log it on hellopeter abot the worst service I have recieved from RMCS . He continued making a fool out of me when I told him to transfer me to a supervisor because I no longer wanted to speak to him as he is not helpful, it seemed to him it was a joke.
