Dear Cell C,
I know that you guys are really busy and do not have much time to take a couple SECONDS in the day which by the way has alot of SECONDS, just to keep your customers updated on their queries. I have already stated my query previously. Firstly I did not receive any communication that this cannot be done and I will not accept if it is sent, secondly I also received an email stating that Cell C is pleased to hear from me about the deal, Lastly you asked for proof, which I did send. I am not letting this go, I want the deal that I saw. Please can someone from the Upgrades department call me and process this deal today.
