Despite ref.no. still no cancellation of account

Again, after having received a reference number 604093/11 from a contact person by the name of Agle, we still received an account today.

We were promised that our account would be cancelled from 21 June 2013 but it still did not happen.

Can you please finally sort it out and refund us from the 21 June?
