Equested them to check if i had taken insurance

I noticed an amount of R100 being deducted from my acc. i called them on 6 March 2013 to query it and was told that i had activated household insurance. i then told them that it could not be as i had taken insurance out with discovery as from 1 March 2013. asked them to check the so called recording and get back to me as maybe there was a misunderstanding between myself and the consultant. To date i have not received any feedback about the matte
