I have a Vodacom 3G card. The contract is R149 per month and if you go over you pay for the data used. I requested that my statements get e- mailed due to our bright postal. I saw last month that my payment on the 3G is R158 and thought that was due to spending a lot of time on the internet. This month I received my statement and again saw it's the same. I phone Vodacom and the lady told me it's because of "Duel Bill". I have never requested for this to be added. She also informed me that if she takes it off my sim won't work anymore. She clearly was not in the mood to assist me or capable of doing thisHow many people do you catch by just adding services without their consent and how many people actually look at their account.
