My secondary data contract with vodacom expired 16/03.I requested the cancellations call centre to convert it to prepaid in Jan. I then followed up with a number of calls in Feb & they confirmed that it has been flagged to be converted to prepaid whn it expire. I was shocked the 1st of this month that data has been loaded. I want this fixed & the data loaded removed. I am a loyal vodacom customer & very dissapointed at the kind of service I got from you. I am now having second thoughts about you! I've been trying to call your cancellations call centre for the past 4 days and I can't go thru.
Please sort this out, I refuse to pay an amount that you will bill me end of this month.
