Where is my refund???

So... end of June I opened a new Cell C account, one for R329pm with a laptop and 2gig's of data, because everyone says their internet is the cheapest (which is true, but their service).28th of June the R114 connection fee goes off my account (as discussed), first full account goes off 1st of August for R650 (I have been on holiday for 2weeks, and still have data left, so this puzzles me), so I go to Cell C Tygervalley, and they are very helpfull and nice, apparently the store where I took out the contract put 2 contracts on my name, right, so they rectify this, and I have to go back to pick up my new sim card (drive out my petrol for their mistake). Now they are charging me R140odd for those first couple off days in June, which I would be fine with, if it wasn't said that they won't bill me for that (the original shop promised me this to get the business). Now I have a new account, and what do they do (Before paying what they owe me already), they deduct another R114 for connection!!! Now I can't get through to the Tygervalley shop, and when I do phone and get through I have to leave a message for the manager, and apparently she doesn't get my messages!!! TODAY IS THE 14TH, AND I HAVEN'T SEEN A DIME!!!
