Most terrible service eve

When going to query a mistake on my bill from Telkom. i received the worst "no care" attitude when i asked for help from the counter staff. The call centre told me that my contract had been changed and thats why a migration fee was charged but i did no such migration. i also got a new contract with Telkom on the 28th of the month and the salesman that sold it to me told me that i could not use it until the new month. i took the phone home and only activated it as instructed but was still charged a months premium for those 2 days. when i asked the staff at Bellville about these issues, she explained that the the guy "Rushin" doesnt work there anymore and that there is nothing they (Bellville) can do, i should just lodge a complaint with the call centre. this is the same call centre that sent me to the branch in the first place. she then logged a complaint on my behalf again and left out half of my complaint. when i asked what she had sent she told me "i sent what you told me to send"
where has customer service gone?
I understand that Rushin doesnt work there anymore but I still have dealings with Telkom and i am grossly unhappy!!!
