We had the Telkom cable in our area twice now in as many months, on the previous occasion it took almost a month to restore service, this time again no update, no estimated restore date, no alternate service offered. Every time you call the call centre, the consultant as well as supervisor promise to call you back with an update, Haha, I'm waiting for days and sometimes weeks, but the call never comes... I need Telkom to supply me with an alternate temporary solution... is that too much to ask
