I'm pleased with the experience I just had with the 'Chat Now' option on the 8Ta website.
I have been an 8Ta customer for some time now, and I had a few questions regarding my account and the future options once the contract matures.
Firstly, I was surprised they have a Chat Now option, and secondly it just worked.
I am not in the country and needing to still deal with issues back home I find that MANY Client Service departments, simply just don't seem to respond, such as Nashua Mobile and SAA Voyager, they simply just don't get back to a person.
So 10/10 to Telkom for really shaking things up in the Comms market and for having an awesome service desk which works!
