Great Help Desk. I vote MWeb as the best company in SA. That's why I am still with them after 20 years. MWeb employ people with brain cells, their staff are all technically proficient and able to communicate with dumb customers. Most Help Centres are the other way round: intelligent customers trying to communicate with!
