MTNSA has for sometime now has been running a promotion offering a television and a 'cheap' mobile, in June 2013 (begining), I upgraded one of my contracts and opted for this promotion.after the upgrade was finalised the assistant assured me that the television will be delivered within 10 working days, by the 08/07/2013 still no delivery was made, since the MTN stores are not listed i called the customer care centre where i obtained the store number (for MTN Clients Services - Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg). I called the branch spoke to the assistant who helped me who then said the television in question will be delivered within the next 5 days, i called the branch on the 8th day (18/07/2013) day spoke to the assistant again and she said she will call me back in 15 minutes, today is the 14/08/2013 and that 15minutes has not come (she). I have been a loyal client of MTNSA for 17 odd years and I don't this this is how loyalty should be rewarded.
My message to MTNSA is... DON"T RUN PROMOTIONS THE COMPANY CANNOT HONOUR,
(THIS MAKES THE COMPANY SEEM DESPERATE FOR BUSINESS - AND THE COMPANY HAS RESORTED TO CARROT DANGLING) - MAKING PROMISES THAT WILL NEVER BE HONOURED
